Refund policy

1. DIGITAL FILE PURCHASE

1.1. General

No refund for any digital files (due to the nature of digital files).

1.2. Double Purchase

Exchange / Refund will be offered if buyer mistakenly purchase a same item twice.

1.3. Product Defect

Little Summit Studio will make the Product available for download by you as soon as we accepts your order. Little Summit Studio offers a thirty (30) day money back guarantee on a Product. If you find a Product is not compatible, corrupt, or is missing on download, Little Summit Studio can refund you the price you paid for the Product.

This policy requires that you permit sufficient time to remedy any problem with a Product. Most issues are resolved within seven (7) days and if Little Summit Studio cannot resolve your issue with your Product within seven (7) days, Little Summit Studio will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the Product to the payment method you used when purchasing the Product as set for in these Terms.

2. MERCHANDISE PURCHASE

2.1. Returns

Little Summit Studio does not take returns at this time.

- Missing items

2.2. Product Defect

Product purchased from our website will require a photo image of product in question. Once proven this product has a fault you can return this product for repairs for us to mail back or store credit at your shipping expense.

Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
