Shipping policy
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.
Little Summit Studio is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by carriers (USPS, USP, etc)
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
Fulfillment time is 3-5 business days.
(Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)
Which means we will pack and get your order ready within 3-5 business days.
*This is NOT a shipping & delivering time.
Once packages are dispatched, Little Summit Studio does not hold any control.
For any issues (delays, address changes, etc) please contact the carrier.

US ORDERS
Little Summit Studio use USPS or UPS to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method).
This can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
* If your package is damaged by carrier, please contact them to receive refund on your items.
* If your package is missing, please contact them to receive refund on your items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Little Summit Studio uses USPS or UPS to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.
Little Summit Studio does not hold any responsibility for delayed, stolen packages once it is dispatched from our fulfillment facility.
